       This story is about a very beautiful fish who wants all the fish in the sea to like him for his shining silver scales.  The wise octopus advices him to share his glistening scales with the other fish. He decides to do so, much against his desire and wishes.  When he gives away his silver scales, he is filled with a deep sense of belonging and warmth among his friends.
