HEALTH TRACK           The current and updated standard of food assortments for students carries with it a gigantic measure of nutritional merit.  It is an indirect and a very positive message of making better, more winning choices and having an energetic day in school.  It is a step in the right direction to raising the quality of education in the scholastic and academic environment. HEALTH BOWL         Education is the key to unlock the door to making bigger and better choices.  We introduce our kids to different varieties of fruits and vegetables and quiz them about the colors and shapes in the waddler and toddler years.  Parents also do their part in affirming the study of the natural abundances at home.   The multi-media reinforces these concepts in poetry, rhyme, song, dance, story, musical, video and movie formats.  The lower elementary grade levels can build on that learning by adding the culinary art and food science themes.         The upper elementary levels can extend this knowledge and learning to focus on the agricultural information and technology.  This unit of study can concentrate on expanding the know-how and the details of the source of the vegetables and fruits.  The depth of study material can include the how, when, where, what and wh...

Minutes In Campus        The beautiful campus was in the fourth period.  The quiet hum of the hallways was replaced by the occasional laughter of students, the sound of cutlery, the rush of chairs being pushed in and out and the sumptuous aroma of food everywhere.  Needless to say the lunch schedules had started.  It was time to get in the spirit of food, fun and friendship for atleast about twenty minutes of the day on campus.  The faculty staff started to swiftly and briskly get on board with the preparation for the afternoon part of the instruction with a few minutes to spare for a quick bite of lunch.        The students in the Math elective room were anxiously waiting for their turn.  Others were putting away the board game called "Making Change" to keep the group on the minute for lunch.  It needs the skill of knowing and recognising the dollar currency played by 3-5 players.  The b...
